It is confirmed that the shooting of Billa 2 will commence from early 2011. Whether Ajith will start Billa 2 after his next with Venkat Prabhu is still not known. Vishnuvardhan is all set to partner again with Ajith for the sequel on Billa. Sources confirm that Vishnu is ready with the script and is waiting for confirmation of dates from Ajith. Madarasapattinam fame Amy Jackson Back to India for her film Madarasapattinam marketing. The several members of the Madharasapattinam Team Including Amy Jackson went allround tamilnadu (Coimbatore,trichy,Salem..etc) and got the public support and share the experience. Venkat Prabhu – Ajith project is titled Mangatha, but it’s also being said that the combination is likely to change. Dayanidhi Alagiri’s Cloud Nine will produce this one and superstar Rajinikanth is expected to attend the grand launch event.

Anushka is expected to play Ajith’s lead in this film. It’s also reported that Mohanbabu’s son Manoj Manchu and Nagarjuna might play significant roles.

The movie’s kick off with pooja will be held after the inauspicious Tamil month of Aadi is over.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 52nd film Velayudham  kick off  the event is held yesterday, was as much as a family event as it was a fan event. Fans from 30 districts in Tamil Nadu thronged the Madras University Centenary Hall in Chepauk to get a glimpse of Vijay and to participate in the commencement of the movie.

Around 50,000 diehard fans of Vijay turned up for the event. Vijay Anthony is the music director. Fans, who were selected to attend the event, received a gift hamper with a Velayudham Tshirt. They were also served with Biriyani and refreshments to go along with it.

Vijay was all praise for producer Aascar Ravichandran and revealed that it was Ravi’s idea to have fans participate in the pooja of Velayudham.

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s 52nd film Velayudham was launched in a grand event at the Madras University Hall today. Velayudham  is directed by Jayam Raja and produced by Aascar Ravichandran.

The shooting of Endhiran was Ended with the filming of a song sung by AR Rahman and choreographed by Remo at Sun Studios. Shankar mentioned about the party thrown by Endhiran’s producer Kalanidhi Maran in which Rajnikanth and aiswarya had also participated.

Finally Kollywood’s master film-maker S. Shankar’s forthcoming science fiction film Endhiran, starring superstar Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai in the lead roles, has crossed the production stage.

The director Shankar is currently busy with the post production work, which is in full swing. Official confirmation on the audio launch is expected soon and it may be by this Month end.
