First of all download this program: http://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe Then when u start the program goto settings goto cable modem or dsl whatevcer u have. Go to MaxMTU and set it to 1500 this is optimal anything above this will not work as well. Thats it!! Enjoy the speed!!
